This offer is is a technical specifications manual set forth by the United States Department of energy in 1978. It’s the ONLY free energy device ever taken seriously by mainstream science. This was touted as a cheap and practical technology that’s scalable to megawatt power levels that received substantial federal funding for research and development. YET In spite of this the technology somehow fell by the wayside and the only examples available today are tiny desktop toys. Was it part of a massive coverup by the oil industry?
